Unclaimed dead body

 Shillong, August 21, 2023: The Additional Director of Health Services, Civil Hospital, Shillong, has informed that one male patient named Gautam Upadhya, aged 38 years, C/o PAB, Civil Hospital, Shillong was admitted in the Male Medical Ward-I, Bed No. 1, on 16.08.2023 at 2:19 PM. The patient expired on 18.08.2023 at 8:06 AM.

All concerned relatives etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of 3 (three) days with effect from the date of issue of this General Notice, failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
