Cleanliness drive was today organized at Raj Bhavan Shillong,

 Shillong August 12, 2023: Showcasing the commitment of its officers and

staff towards maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, a cleanliness

drive was today organized at Raj Bhavan Shillong, the official residence of

the Governor of Meghalaya, Shri Phagu Chauhan.

The participants engaged in a wide range of cleaning activities within the

premises of the Raj Bhavan, including sweeping pathways and ensuring

proper waste disposal.

The event was not only aimed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of Raj

Bhavan but also reflected the commitment of the officers and staff as

custodians of this premier institution.

Subsequently, to prioritize the health and well-being of its staff and their

families, Raj Bhavan Shillong organized a comprehensive health-camp,

providing valuable medical services and screenings to ensure a healthier

community within its premises.
