Shillong, November 1, 2021: The District Election Officer, East Khasi Hills District, has informed that the draft photo electoral rolls for 14-Pynthorumkhrah (GEN), 15-Mawlai (ST), 16-East Shillong (ST), 17- North Shillong (ST), 18-West Shillong (GEN), 19-South Shillong (GEN), 20-Mylliem (ST), 21-Nongthymmai (ST), 22-Nongkrem (ST), 23-Sohiong (ST), 25- Mawsynram (ST), 27-Pynursla (ST) and 29-Mawkynrew (ST) Assembly Constituencies have been prepared with reference to 1^st January 2022 as the qualifying date and in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.

A copy of the draft electoral rolls are available for inspection at the office of the  Deputy Commissioner’s, East Khasi Hills, Shillong and at the offices of Block Development Officers during office hours and at the concerned Polling Stations from 1^st November, 2021 to 30^th November, 2021.

If, with reference to the said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection to the inclusion of name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 30^th November, 2021 in Form 6, 7, 8, or  8A as may be appropriate at the office of the Deputy Commissioner’s, East Khasi Hills, Shillong and at the offices of Block Development Officers during office hours and at the concerned Polling Stations with the concerned Booth Level Officers. (MIPR)
